Supply lines can create havoc

A Todd Creek Dental office called SERVPRO of North Thornton/Brighton due to the fact that they walked in to their facility to find about a half inch of water standing on the floor. We arrived quickly and aided in the search to find out the source of the water. We found a broken valve connection to one of their sinks. Knowing the source of the water leak allowed us to determine how to proceed with the mitigation services. We were able to extract all standing water and set drying equipment like fans and dehumidifiers to get the remaining moisture removed from the office.
